9/14/2010 (8:00 AM) - 9/15/2010 Other Cost - $80.00 The course is scheduled to be held at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island in Oak Harbor Washington. The course will begin at 8:00 a.m. on September 14th 2010 and continue through the afternoon of September 15th. The course will be held in this outdoor setting. Participants must be prepared for one night of camping and should dress appropriately for the late summer weather on the island..
