This training is designed to help Scoutmasters, Assistant Scoutmasters, Venturing Advisors and Varsity Coaches learn the basic skills they need to get started with a successful outdoor program and required to wear the TRAINED patch.

This training is built on the outdoor skill requirements in the Scout Handbook for Tenderfoot through First Class Scout. We will start Friday evening, include an overnight campout. Whether you are experienced in the outdoors or just starting out, you will have the chance to learn or refresh your skills in many of the areas that our scouts must learn.

Cost: $10

Cost is to cover refreshments, meals (breakfast and lunch on Saturday) and Patch, payment in advance or at registration. Please register early at the Scout Shop. (1900 Austin Drive, Bremerton, 98312), so that we can plan meals and training materials. For additional information on this course contact john.strong@wavecable.com .
