The Arrowmen are the door greeters, passing out programs, collecting flags, etc. There will probably be 2000 people attending, including flag officers, elected officials, and some other dignitaries. The Chapter needs the service hours for Quality Chapter this year. Arrowmen need to arrive at 0845 and will be released NLT 1245. Lunch will be provided-
